Memanggang gaya Arab / Smoke meat Arab way

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, the Most Loving, the Most Merciful

Ini adalah cara termudah utk memanggang daging lebih2 lagi masa musim sejuk. Ianya sangat cepat disediakan, sangat sikit kecah dan lebih sedap dari cara memanggang biasa. Cara ini lebih elok digunakan utk daging kisar atau nasi

This is the easiest way to smoke your food, especially in winter.It is very quick, very little mess and taste much smokier than the normal way of smoking food. This method is preferable for mince meat or rice.

Bahan2 A
500g daging kisar
1 ikat daun ketumbar di hiris halus. Jangan kedekut lg byk daun ni lg sedap
1 sudu jintan putih
1 bawang besar dihiris halus
1/2 sudu besar lada hitam
4 sudu minyak utk menggoreng

Untuk memanggang cara Arab
1/2 cawan minyak didalam cawan tahan panas
1 arang


Ingredients A
500g daging kisar/mincemeat
1 bunch coriander leaves (minced finely n be veryyy generous with this)
1 tbsp cumin
1 onion grated
1/2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp oil for frying

For arab shortcut grilling
1/2 cup of oil in a heat resistant cup
coal


1)Campur semua bahan2 A. Bentukkan daging dengan kayu atau sudu
Mix all of the indgredients A. For mince meat , Shape it with a stick or a spoon



2) Keluarkan sudu dan ulang langkah 1 dgn daging selebihnya.
Take out the spoon and repeat step1 with the rest of the meat

3) Goreng daging sampai coklat.
Fry the meat until brown.

4) Panaskan arang di atas api . Lebih bagus kalau guna arang dari pokok buah2an.
Heat the coal on fire
. And the best kinds of coal is coal fruit trees


5) Letakkan arang yang panas itu didalam cawan berisi minyak.
Place the hot coal in the cup of oil



6) Tutup dan biarkan selama 10 minit.
Cover it and leave for 10 minutes

7) dan siap!
and you are done!
